Ask your coach for their invite link or QR code. Open the link or scan the QR with your phone camera, or open the app, go to the Coach section and enter the invite code.
NoSpot is always free for athletes. Personal trainers can use it for free with up to 4 athletes; beyond that, the Pro plan is required.
Subscriptions are managed from your Apple (App Store) or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period and then move to the Free plan: your data is not deleted.
Sign in with the same NoSpot account and the same Apple or Google account, then tap Restore purchases in the subscription section of your coach profile.
