Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your NoSpot account (developed by ABCreate) and which data is removed. The process is free and available to all registered users.

1. Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open the NoSpot app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account cannot be recovered after confirmation.

2. Delete your account without the app

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address you registered with. We will process the request within 30 days.

3. Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Profile data (name, email address, encrypted password, profile picture).
• Training data (programs, sets, reps, loads and progress).
• Personal trainer–athlete connections associated with the account.

4. Data retention

Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Some information may be retained longer only where required by law (e.g. tax or accounting records), for the strictly necessary period.
